Meet Joel, a dedicated member of the Dooley Outdoors team with over seven years of experience. After completing his apprenticeship here, he quickly established himself as a qualified landscaper specialising in irrigation as well as soft and hard landscapes. Joel's commitment to excellence means he consistently goes the extra mile to transform outdoor spaces into stunning retreats.

Jake joined the DO team in 2024 as a dedicated Landscape Labourer. With a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic, he quickly became a valuable part of the crew. Thrown straight into the deep end during a long, hot summer, Jake proved he’s the right fit for the team. His eagerness to learn and grow continues to be a fantastic asset to the DO family.

Alexander, or 'Bood's' as he prefers, joined the DO team in 2025 as a Landscape Labourer. With two years of carpentry experience, Bood's brings valuable skills from the construction industry. Having previously completed work experience and holiday stints with DO during his school years, he fit seamlessly into the team. Bood's is eager to learn and develop his craft, and we look forward to watching him grow and and develop his skills as a valued member of the crew.

Allow us to introduce Chris, our fantastic part-time Machine Operator at Dooley Outdoors. He may refer to his role as 'semi-retirement,' but for us, he's a true team player who enjoys every moment spent on the job. His extensive knowledge and skills make an incredible difference, and we are grateful to have him working alongside us in our landscaping endeavors.

Say hello to Cooper, the youngest of the pack! Though he's still charting his path, Cooper has quickly become an indispensable part of our crew. He brings boundless enthusiasm and an infectious hunger to learn. From dawn until dusk, Cooper is committed to absorbing every lesson and mastering every technique, always driven by a keen eye for detail and an unwavering desire to deliver high-quality results.

Meet Dakota, a highly valuable member of our team and a fundamental part of our field crew. Dakota sets the gold standard for commitment: he is consistently the first person to arrive on site every day, ensuring everything is ready so the crew can start work immediately. His focus is on the essential, physical demands of landscaping, providing the muscle and meticulous groundwork needed to ensure every project starts and finishes strong.

Meet Alfonso, a highly skilled member of our labour crew. While he handles all aspects of general labour, Alfonso is known for his efficiency, careful technique, and knack for making complex tasks look effortless. His focus on quality ensures that every aspect of the project groundwork is done right.
